LED Lighting Are Transforming Night Time in New York City

Times Square, in the bottom left corner, is a well of pastel blue, green, pink, lavender, red, and orange light. Meanwhile, the spires of both Four Times Square and One Bryant Park change color from minute to minute. The Durst Organization, which manages both buildings, sponsored an app that permits people to manipulate the colors of both spires with their cell phones.
